James was an elected Alderman for District A for 6 years. He was a strong advocate for the town's development and progress. Councilman Ginn was a man of honor and dedication for his community and family. His unwavering support and commitment will be forever reconized and entered into our town's history. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Tracy Ginn. Who has generously fulfilled the vacant spot of District A, following in her husbands' duties.
